This Unlimited Service Package (the "Package") is offered at a specially discounted rate for a commitment of one (1) full year of service. By purchasing this Package, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy, which is an integral part of the purchase agreement.

• No Refund Policy
• All sales of the discounted Unlimited Service Package are final and non-refundable. You understand and agree that you are purchasing the Package at a significant discount in exchange for your commitment to the full one-year term and your waiver of any right to a refund, whether full or partial, under any circumstances. 

• This includes, but is not limited to:
•  Change of mind or personal circumstances.
•  Underutilization or non-use of the services.
•  Dissatisfaction with the services (subject to our separate complaint resolution process).
•  Early termination of the agreement by you.

• Credit Terms
•  Credits will be valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance (i.e., the anniversary of your Package start date).
• Credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and will expire if not used within the validity period.
• We will make a reasonable effort to notify you when Credits are issued and prior to their expiration.

• General Terms

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any   time, with changes communicated to existing customers via email or account notification.

· This policy does not affect your statutory rights which cannot be excluded by law.

· In the event of a dispute, our decision regarding refunds, Credit calculations, and policy interpretation shall be final.

By proceeding with the purchase of the Unlimited Service Package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy, including the Credit conversion mechanism after one year.
